What is a WDI inspection?
WDI means wood-destroying insect. The inspection looks for visible evidence of activity or damage from insects such as termites, carpenter ants, and wood-boring beetles in accessible areas of the property.
Do you provide pest treatment?
BUG-X’s focus is an independent inspection and report. We are not inspecting your home to sell you a pest-control contract. Contact us to discuss the findings and recommendations for your property.
Do I need an inspection when buying a home?
An inspection can help you understand the property before you buy. If your lender or transaction requires a particular WDI report, confirm those requirements with them and discuss them with us when arranging your inspection.
Can an inspection find every hidden problem?
An inspection covers visible and accessible areas. Conditions concealed inside walls or other inaccessible spaces may not be visible. Ask us about the inspection’s scope and any access limitations for your property.
